Poleso Public Offer

The paid plans (Plus and Pro) are provided under a public offer agreement governed by Ukrainian law. The agreement is concluded in Ukrainian, and the Ukrainian text is the binding one.

In short: you pay in advance for 30 or 365 days; with a saved card the next period is charged automatically; upgrades apply at once with a pro-rated top-up; downgrades apply from the next period; payments for a period already provided are not refunded, except where the law requires it or a charge was made by mistake.
