CheckAnt Terms of Service

1. The Service

CheckAnt lets you manage your store: customer conversations from connected messaging channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp), comments, products, inventory, and orders. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

3. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms, including Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and delivery or payment providers, using their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for decisions of third-party platforms, such as restrictions, feature changes, or suspension of your accounts. You are responsible for using connected channels in line with their rules, including obtaining any required customer consent.

4. Your content and data

Data you upload or receive through the Service remains yours. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with data protection laws that apply to your business.

5. Plans and payment

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Prices, limits, and billing periods are shown in the Service. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, your account may be downgraded or limited.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, violate the policies of connected platforms, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. After termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
